Anyone else think they should make some static houses capable of housing tanks? Since the germans were pretty effiecient at concealment, there should be some structures that are capable of holding a tank to either hide it from airstrikes/arty and ambush the enemy.

I looked over all the structures and noticed none of them were capable of concealing a tank entirely... well?

In FH, on one of the snow maps, where Americans fight the Germans, the American Sherman spawns inside a building and can be moved around, etc..

In operation nordwind the sherman jumbo spawns inside the barn at the top end of the map.:deal: But it would be so much better, of course, if you could go inside many more things in a tank instead of just the barns like in FH1.

I now have a picture in my mind of a house filled with tankettes, sniping from the windows.

WHOA!!!!!! I never realised you could do that but thanks for the mention ;) Besides if a real Tankette drove up the stairs wouldn't they just collapse because of it's weight ?

I don't think you would find many staircases wide enough for an tankette, most stairs are 1 meter wide or a little bit more but not much (exceot public buildings maybe).

Not sure if there was a tankette of 1 meter wide around and if it was strong (not too heavy) to do an 45-60 degree angle. :p

I have managed to squeeze the p38 inside a house before. Quite funny. Panzer2's, p38's and tankette are the best tanks to squeeze inside houses. I always climb them all the way to the uppest floor and wait for pesky infantry-men run up.

Some barns to hide them in atleast would be nice enough. (Or thick tree coverage)

They could easily do it, it's just something they have to keep in mind when creating a map, wether or not to have some locations able to house tanks.

I agree, this would be a great gameplay booster. Barns, some damaged buildings such as maybe houses missing one wall, could aim out of other damaged walls ect. Thick Tree foliage, and bushes I really hope are added, I use bushes alot to my advantage as a tanker in FH.
