It'd be great for someone to compile research on quotes and voice clips of the Generals in command durring the battles for the FH2 voice acting. I'd love to hear instead of the stock, "We're losing men left and right!" an impersonation of MacArthur's, "Americans never quit." Now the idea isn't that it has to be just quotes but really character impersonation. Quotes are great and all but the limitless fun with Patton-esque scoldings and motivative phrases would be sweet. Just another random idea I had... ... Oh and maybe the SL's could have more of a 'Sarge attitude What do you think?

Oh yeah, Norton. Classic movie. (It's from "Patton" if anyone's wondering)
But imagine the poor Russian motivational quotes: "Da, run over there comrade or I'll shoot"
I take what n0e says way too seriously

are you kidding? ruskies have the best ones! "Onward comrades! Onward to victory against the fascists!" and lets not forget that old chestnut: "Not one step back!"
And please, make it russian, not english with pathetic russian accents. ;)

I perfectly agree. But we who don't speak Russian or German, can the text that appear be done in English to explain it. Love the idea though. I perfectly agree. Afterall, if FH1 was that much better than BF1942, why not Fh2 that BF2?! If it is designed according to the theatre of warfare, Brits get Monty, Germans get Rommel for version 1, Americans get McArther, Patton or Eisenhower depending upon campaign, Russians get Zoukov (rwrong spelling)_ or even 'the Boss himself'. Japanese can't get Hirohito ofcourse, unless there is a Hiroshima map (I don't think the librals would like that though). :-)
I guess Russia's SLs could be political comissars. Plus they could get Nikita Khruschev as commander.
I'd like to hear Sean Connery do one...
