Just ran a search and didnt find anything on it. I got this idea from AA, which is not the best game in the world but this part of it I like alot. If you are being shot at by any bullets your heartbeat will most likely increase as you adrenaline gets flowing and you will breath harder. When you are breathing hard it is very hard to aim a rifle and fire at something far away. In my opinion, if it is codable, they should implement covering fire in game. If you are being shot at..maybe your aim just gets alot worse or somthing. This could actually be very usefull if you are trying to lay down covering fire for your friends to go up and nade a bunker or flank a squad. ;)

Great idea, but I think there would have to be limit, I mean if one bullet goes flying buy and my guy starts to shake and stuff that might get annoying, but if im being supressed by a mg-42 i think it would be awesome.

bad seed, you bring up an interesting point: in FH2 you could go by rank. the higher the rank, the less crippled by fear you get when shot at.

More to the point people will acutaly remeber that MG fire is cheap in tanks and start spraying when assaulting. Tanks never do this except people who've trained under me in BFE or are extra smart. IE that is when attacking a flag with know infantry, spray every corner, window, rock with MG fire. American browning MG's are very good at this and if handled properly German M34's do it well too. They can fire off sets of ten bullets then be almost heat free agian in half a second.

Combined with mass firing of the maingun(Ammo is cheap and ammo boxes abound. Only half a dozen times have I dropped under five rounds for my tank and always with the IS-2 or KT.) It sure makes the infantry THINK your looking RIGHT at their little hiding place. Better yet it makes the rambos peak their heads out for easy kills since they assume their cover is blow and its only a matter of time before a round slams into the wall next to them and kills them.
