it's just silly to deploy them by "throwing" them out....in FH
will this be better coded in FH2? i want some deploying action and animations so the deploying guy will be vulnerable to enemy during the deploying process
also, i would like more things to be deployable :D

What would be nice would be to deploy a 'ghost' mg first. I mean a translucent outline of the MG, which maybe goes red if you try to place it in an impossible spot and clear if the spot is good. That way you set it up the way you want it set up, not making best guess which we do now. Of course this is all probably impossible, but it would be nice.

I'll second the aiming crosshairs for the mortar. Otherwise you're just shooting blind--and if others are shooting as well, it's impossible to know which shells are yours and if you're even in the ballpark. It'd be nice if the mortars were a bit more user-friendly.

To me it's still all below the Mason Dixon line, and I LIVE here. It's as far south as I desire to live. And yes, the traffic sucks big mortar rounds. Come to think of it, having a mortar mounted in the sunroof of my car isn't a bad idea...That'd be one way to clear a path to work. :naughty:
i do not mean giving crosshair to mortar, i just want a cross hair for MORTOR DEPLOYER so they know where they deploy their mortar :)
so far, they deploy exactly where youre standing. so if you can stand on it, you can set up a gun on it.
