We could have an escort mode for FH2 similar to PRMMs. We could have normal modes involving infy and planes and whatnot, but I also find this an oppurtunity to incorporate many of the resistance groups in the world. We could have it so that the resistance/partisans have to destroy a convoy of trucks and 1 or 2 armored vehicles that are controlled by people. For example, French would start out with only liberator pistols and knife, with limits on who got enfields and stens. Germans start out with their normal weapons set-ups. French would have to get expack kits that are hidden in random places in map, such as houses and armories.

in all seriousness, escorting say, a convoy, requires more coordination than is possible in an online FPS. besides, ambushers rely on the element of suprise, which is impossible if those being ambushed have played the map a bunch of times.

i like tha game mode in PRMM some times players dont want to work to geder then te game mode sucks but wen you have a good team (maby clan) it realy is fun

So, you play maps over and over again. You can memorize hiding places and the such, and what places to be careful in and it never gets boring.

Personally, I think a large naval escort map (no land) where you need to escort the supply ships could be fun. The map would need to be huge, because everyone would know where the other side started. Additionally, I would suggest there be more than one possible 'end' position for the escorts - which are protected by the anti base camp code - two might be enough. This would cut down on the camping at the end-zone effect. Of course this somewhat screams for a wolfpack... Backtracking a bit - having the transport convoy (including unmanned war ships) follow a predefined route might ease the teamwork requirement enough for public servers - and prevent some jerk from ruining the map by going rogue with the transport. Another variant (different campaign) could be in the flavor of a scene from Das Boot, depicting the difficulties facing any axis ships in trying to break into the Mediterranean.

I like this idea. It would provide an interesting addition to the types of objectives you'd face.

Chanquad, don't be so touchy. It's a perfectly legitimate suggestion. If nobody brought up unorthodox ideas for gameplay, we'd only have a bunch of big tank maps. Boring.
