Hopefully we all remember what explosive packs are in FH1. Anyway- in FH2, I thought that you shouldn't be able to just throw out a pack and run. I think that the pack should take some time to "configure" the bomb (otherwise, how would they be able to just throw a bomb out?!) So I think that there should either be some sort of animation- or at least lag before you throw out the bomb.
Also- could it be made so the bomb/mine is placed in front of where you're standing instead of being thrown way off into the distance? That always messes me up. :p
I agree, you shouldnt be able to hop around like crazy while trying to put some tnt down, the good news is that its possibe to stop people from firing their weapon depending on their stance, so you could restrict tnt deplying to strictly "when prone/crouched" actions.
The allied sack-full-of-compB satchel weapon could probably have the fuse pulled, run up to a bunker and chuck it a good 10 ft.
If you mean the old wire and TNT plunger type, then yeah, some setup time.
Yeah TNT plunger type explosive should have a setup timer to be used on things like obstacles or heavy bunker doors or possibly on an objective type map.
for the satchel, yea, it should be just a tug and toss. the initial draw animation should be a bit longer however, for shouldering the weapon, pulling out the satchel etc.

Yes, as it stands at the moment the satchel has become too spammy.

i usually just drop the 2 on the tank and surrender my fate to the gods above. if im lucky ill take out 4 or 5 teammates and a friendly tank as well :P
