About the Greek (or Cretan) weapons, I will gladly do the research... If I can't find anything in my books or on the internet, I will have to wait for the summer when I'll go visit Crete (again) there is a formidable museum i Chania (Xania) about the invasion of Crete, which also show some of the weapons used on the mainland. I also believe that Anthony Beevor describes the weapons of the Greek in his "The Battle of Crete"... In fact every male on Crete used to have a weapon or a sidearm, but when the war with Italy broke out, the army was in need of more rifles and pistols, so all these weapons were collected and given to the army. Therefore the civil population on Crete had virtually no weapons to fight the German paratroopers, and used forks and other tools to defend themself! Well I will see what I can find winkx.gif

The 13th RaptorThat FG looks like a imperial Blaster rifle, standart issue for stormtroopers.. "sturmtruppen"?

That's because all the Star Wars guns from Episode IV - VI are made out of old WWII and Cold War weapons.

The Blaster Pistols are old C96 Mausers or decendents of one at least, and the E11 Storm Trooper Blaster Carbine is an old British SMG from the 1950 - 1960's I believe.

The Laser Rifles are old MG34 and MG42's, too.

I know too much stuff about Star Wars, I know too much worthless stuff in fact.

For the record:

Stormtrooper "carbine" > Sten MP Stormtrooper rifle > MG34 Han Solo's blaster -> Mauser C96

True, that. I think the Scout Troopers use a Walther PPK with a bit of tubing around it, and the other Rebel Blaster is a Beretta 9mm with the barrel taken off and replaced with a straw.

GocadFor the record: Stormtrooper "carbine" > Sten MP Stormtrooper rifle > MG34 Han Solo's blaster -> Mauser C96

Actually, the carbine is a Sterling SMG.
