So here is few suggestions, probably impossible but..

  1. Commander
  2. fuel and ammo consumption, also resupply spot reduced/increased due to map history (something like Foy map)
  3. deployable stationary weapons (by Commander) before map start - no more arty 1st second (or skillfull blind) fire on crutial defense line
  4. malfunction of vehicles due to damage or so
  5. melee weapon like bayounet or rifle butt
  6. slower entering tanks and stealing tanks like in COD
  7. Tank Commanders! - by class or/and Commander selection so we can forget about morons crashing tanks, driving arty for fun or driving tanks to enemy then switch sides.
  8. number of vehicles and equipment respawned, so uncarefull team can be punished for wasting resources and give great motive to single soldier to die for killing tank.
  9. loosing flag (CP) cost in tickets

Im aware i put some strategic moments here but maybe somehow somewhere somebody will get nice fresh ideas reading this and make ultimate ww2 FPS. :beer:

Now this is an excellent suggestion, which can be made! In project reality there are crew kits which can be taken from a flag or something. Without having a crew kit you cannot drive/shoot a vehicle, or a plane/helicopter. This feature is a must for FH2 too, IMO.

you now how slow project reality is. have it like in FH1 have the kits on the ground next to the Vehicles or something like that.

I agree with ammo consumption but fuel on the other hand no, due to obvious reasons. Besides, if fuel does get in, i think we tankers should get something as compensation. Faster respawn time or something like that.

No stealing of tanks. Leave that to other mods or arcade games such as COD, please.

Bad idea, you only punish the good guys with this kind of thing. A guy that wastes your AT equipment or tanks isnt going to give a damn if your side has nothing left to respawn. He's simply gonna switch sides or pick a different role. Or worse, someone from the other team switches over to your side and destroyes everything you got on purpose. Besides people dont need alot of motivation to die while destroying a tank. They are already doing that now. Why care if you die as a infantry guy? You'll respawn within a short time and do it all over again!

i forgot 2 more things - Engine on-off button. Ambushed tank dont have running engine to give away his position with sound. Many tanks in FH I detect by switching on other position then listen incoming tanks. Down side of this - some retard rush in tank and drive it to death. - Every map MUST be PUSH map. So far almost every FH suffering from lack of true head to head combat cuz of swimmers, rabbits, edge-map-runners, jeep flag to flag riders, parashuters... few sec after we have a whole new army behind us.

About stealing... Partial I agree to eliminate stealing but what if some lamer bail tank in combat? No one can take it? Im not glad for loosing that option. Better option is if some1 want to take enemy tank, he must "cranking" it for like 10sec. Plenty of time to avoid cowardly back door stealing.

Fuel will make tanks less camping and force them to take next resupply point. Also some tankers driving around like a cab :uhoh: So far german tanks are far superior to others (except that stupidity overpowered Jumbo :Puzzled: ) Lack of fuel will finally disadventage them like it was in ww2

About number of spawns... Tankers/pilots will take more attention for NOT loosing tanks/plane, also infantry must spot enemy more often. Or lost tank/plane = 20 tickets

i kinda like the idea of damaged vehicles malfunctioning (like damged treads,main cannon took a direct hit exct...) but other then that most of thoses ideas sounded for the lack of a better word.... stupid.

Stealing tanks is pretty unrealistic. Yes, i know that all sides used captured tanks but they didnt just jump into a tank in the middle of a fight. The tank had to be towed back to the main, it had to be repainted, etc, etc.

Yeah, a tank runs out of fuel after 200 meter, lol. Why not come up with an idea wich is even worse - food - every soldier MUST eat every 5 minutes or die due to starvation. Just as absurd and bad for gameplay.

Besides refuelling during the middle of combat didnt happen. It was too risky. If a tank didnt have enough fuel it was simply not send into combat. So this idea is not only absurd but its also incredibly unrealistic.

Regarding the Jumbo, it has: Hull Front (Upper) : 102mm @ 43° Hull Front (Lower) : 114mm - 140mm @ 34° - 90°. Keep in mind it ingame doesnt matter if you shoot from 100 or 500 meters the penetration is always the same.

Sorry, but it seems to me you died one time too many as a Allied tanker (no offense meant). :lol:

I totally agree that a tank with almost no more " health " should not funtion like an untouched one. Ex: hit in the tracks = cannot move around but turret still works. BTW Rumpullpus, if a FH member take the time to discuss his views on how he might see the game, I'm sure u can come up with other words than "stupid " Peace

Right now empty tanks and planes are a very easy target for bombers, but pretty much a waste of ammo. Better to keep it that way. As a pilot I would constantly be checking out the enemy motor pool for freshly spawned tanks to pick off. (and airfield for spawned planes) This would just allow air power to dominate imho.
