I didn't make it!
I think that is great
It'll fit PR like a warm glove on a cold night
But for FH2? - Nah
If you are shot your shot
Well..atleast i want to see some kind of medics and i know there will be. But how about repairpoints, transportpoints and etc? What's you're opinion of these issues?
in next version you will get teamplay points for repairing stuff and also if someone uses your artilery spot i dont know if you will get points for transportation
and the Wounded part is very small and most times you will end up in the DEAD and not wounded.
And that is the reason why medics in FH are obslete in the first place. Give a player 1 reason to actualy pick up the kit. Healing teammates ? They have their own badadges, makes yours a bit ... useless. And if the gets shot again he will be dead. Besides, those teammates are probably somewhere in the dessert and I don't feel like running all that time to see him die infront of my feet. Maybe it would be more intesting if medical trucks would apear on the battlefield. We already have a ammo resupply truck, so why not a medic truck, where you can heal people. Maybe we could restrick it that it should be driven by medics, but on sec thought that might be a bit to complicated for the cassual player. Hopefully medics will see their "revival" on the normandy theater. That might suit them better.
There are pick up kits for medics. You get knife, pistol, bandages, and a helmet with a red cross on it. I have never used it, and I don't know anyone who ever has.
Medics are useless in this game.
Flippy Warbear;4530662Ahhaa, great! Thank you very much for clearing this out for me Meadow. I have only a couple of hours of BF2 vanilla or any other mod (minus FH2) behind me so I didnt know of this... But I do remember of being catapulted up in the air by commander arty and then landing first on the rooftop, then tumbling down to the pavement, second later a medic revived me. This was in BF2 vanilla.
Thanks a lot, now I know more. :)
Maybe that was in the beta... I'm 100% sure that for a long time, being 'catapulted' by artillery (seeing your body in third person) means you're not going to get revived.
Glad to help :)
