Yes it would be possible. It would be cool if they made it so MG nests could be built in europe.

That would be a cool thing.

Say, for the MG34/42 Lafette

:D

Yeah, it would be neat, but think of all the dumb asses who would abuse this power.

What would be really cool would be an entrenching tool that when used as a handweapon spawns a foxhole underneath you, offering cover and protection (obviously not directly into the ground, but on top of it.

I think DCX had a deployable sandbag wall for the MG or support class. Interesting, if not a little bit silly.

Don't know how well it would work in FH2.

Pietje;4205241Europe? Why only Europe? MG nests were common in every theater.

They already have MG nests in FH2.

Erm...not really.... Right now, the only realistic MG nests that I've seen are the MG34s at the pass in El Al, the MG34 bunkers on the ridgeline on Supercharge, and the toburk pillboxes with the vickers and MG15s. Otherwise, not really.... Also, most of those positions other then the firing from bunker window ones are completely useless as is, as the person is standing straight like in regular BF42, instead of crouched so only the top of the head appears.

But it makes for an easy shot for a sniper from the hill on tobruk to the machine gun in the middle base. If he was crouched I'd have to try harder. :)

It was DCR I think, and the sandbags would bleed and make a "Ugh" sound when the got hit. :D

They absorbed a certain amount of damage and then died, which is about right. They were abused by blocking the entrances to buildings where teamates spawned. Engineers could blow em up with detpacks, but they would often kill themselves in the process.
