In Bf2 and a little bit on FH1 sniper kits, there is shrubery and such attacked to certain clothing or netting(a ghillie suit). Why not take this to a level of people having adjusted suits for the enviroment. Of course, the eassiest way would be just have the shrubbery automatically attached to kits. Even if possible, being able to pick up shrub crap to attach (unp[ractical). Just thought it would be good for jungle/woods maps, so camo really works.

bit complicated for the average game. it would take time that the sniper could use to get into position. if we have em in FH2, they will prolly be very similar to those in BF2.

I hope for the initial release the snipers kit will come with a standard uniform.

I hate the ghille suit in BF2!!

As Snipers will be a pickup kit again, it might be nice to have pickup kits located in jungle/wooded places (unlikely in North Africa ;) ) to have Ghillie Suits. But not ones in buildings.

Russians and Japanese were really the only two countries to make use of the ghilli suit, and even then, they were just imporvised in field, nothing like today's suits.

The sniper kits in NA will actually be sharpshooters (true snipers were rare in afrika), which are essentially just riflemen with scoped rifles.

sniper uniforms should be theatre specific.

I'm glad there going to be pick up kits. Nothing worse than having 15 snipers on your team to scared to cap the flag becuase "we can't do close range"

However, lots of CoD hours has taught me how to do normal rifle CQC quite nicely.

To summarise: Sniper rifles = Suck. It's all about the unscoped rifles. Only a noob would need a big fat crosshair and alot of zoom to get a distance kill.

As in FH2 your weapon will sway when looking down the sights (I hope it'll sway as much as in Brothers in Arms, that game has the best ironsights I have seen so far), I dont think sniping with a regular rifle will be as easy as it is now in FH
