This still keeps me up at night.

Give riflemen more than two grenades, at least four or five. These were not some sort of rare weapon after all. Close Quarters is fine, but what gives you guys that officers don't carry grenades? A pistol and binoculars doesn't take up that much room. Giving them at most two would make a world of difference. Take some ammo away from the Officer class, and give more to Close Quarters, so that people don't always choose the former for it's handgun and binoculars.

Simple, really.

Good idea. Right now engineers are, in my opinion, superior to rifle-man as they have a decent rifle, satchels for destroying tanks and tools for repairing their own vehicles. I'd also like to see the time it takes to prime and throw a grenade a little bit reduced.

Yeah, officers should carry drenades. And I think that they wouldn't have to have reduced magazine ammount since everything got different "places" in soldier's uniform. I think that if devs will manage to implement the class limit, it will solve the problem with everyone choosing more superior class.

At least lower ranking officers could carry grenades. Someone like a Lieutenent-Colonel or Colonel shouldn't carry some.

senior officers were rarely on the front lines. junior officers were the ones that took the fight to the Hun.

I wish the devs could add two abilities to grenades:

In Brothers in Arms and Call of Duty 2, instead of selecting a grenade in the weapons menu, you can just press a button that throws a grenade while holding the gun in the other arm. I find this much better than having to cycle through weapons before throwing.

Also, it would be really cool to be able to cook grenades before throwing.

However, I'm not sure that either of these are possible to code....
