That's an interesting idea, being able to use infantry weapons like that. The little odd triangle-shaped spur under the MP40's barrel was actually for hooking into firing ports on the Hanomag. Just think of the firepower...

well you guys may disagree, but it sounds like you are starting to go into the relm of a vehical that requires a crew, like separate positions for a; commander, the main gunner, hull mg, roof mg and driver. this is a more feesable thing in BF2 because of the driver kill assist. motivation for people to be in a position where you wouldnt normally get points. and it is not unheard of for soliders to sit on a vehical, like the front or back, not neccesarily in the vehical.
