First off I would like to say that the maps in FH are realy good, but the lack of road signs, and other helpfull things on the maps is getting to me. I think it would help players get the feeling they are in a real place if there were road signs, like stop signs, and signs that say what street your on, and other cool stuff. It would make the maps much more realistic, and make them much more immersive. Secondly I ask for civillian Vehicles like what DC has for their maps: French, German, and Russian cars in city maps French, German, and Russian trucks in city maps French, German, and Russian buss in city maps These small things would make maps much more fun, and add to the options for infantry in maps, do I take this Jeep? or steal this car form the parking lot? Or do I jump in the big ass buss?

yeah wooden multiple signals (5 miles---> Carentan, <-------- 10 miles St. Lo) mmm maybe a great idea, civilian cars with "probly civilian/partisan kits" u stop being a soldier to be a camoufled partizan with any special hability like being more camoufled or something new

Personally.. I don't really want to drive a BUS around in FH.. maybe I'm crazy. There is that crappy car on the Jap maps, that looks like a civilian vehicle to me.

More static objects, like roadsigns as you suggested, would add a lot to LAG I think. Not a good tradeoff.

Yeah, it would certainly be nice but with the current engine limitations...I'd rather have more useful vehicles, cover and buildings than streetsigns.

BG42 has street signs and they don't cause lag, then agian they have better citys that have house and backyards, with fences. So all I'm asking is they redo the maps with citys so they are more realistic, not change them by adding more buildings, but make more roads, and add street signs, and make the towns believable. I mean is it realsitic to have no road sings, and no naberhoods? I mean maps with towns should look and feal like the real thing without having to be huge, or dence, a town can be only 6 houses for all I care! I don't whant total realism, just realsitc look and feel. Maps like BG42s Bocage are a great example, they show it can be done without lag, and without being over cowded like FH maps.

It would be cool if we added civilian cars, but locked them. To add realism and all. All you could do is stare at them, or blow them up...or lag. Any one of those sounds cool to me, especially the lagging one. I love the good ol' game called "counting frames". Sounds like the plan.
