'[FtN|GT Die Happy;4389280'] and back to topic: why move the channel it is right where it belongs quakenet is the button pit of the irc no one wants to be there if they dont have to.
Heh, you just haven't been to dalnet :p
I'd support the idea of moving to quakenet, but I don't really mind it staying where it is... The good thing about being on a network with people with similar interests is that with /whois you can see the channels the users are on, thus making it easier for others to find #fhmod.
LordInvictus;4388924Sorry for this noob question but... what is IRC? :(
Think multiplayer version of Notepad..
and I quite like it where it is, so I don't personaly see a reason for it to move :) Besides, quakenet doesn't have kooky ...
Raizok;4389292Are you trying to give Von Mudra a heart attack ;)?
i tried, but since he keeps posting i guess i failed, or it is just a bot :smokin:
Im on several channels on both GameSurge + QuakeNet, its no problems at all... lots of channels are on GS, lots on QN... I dont see why this is a problem...its like demanding all websites move to .com
Natty Wallo;4390388its like demanding all websites move to .com
Bad analogy, more like moving from one part of the town to another. If you are on one network, you can't see the channels other users are on other networks. Gamesnet seems to be more popular among RTS players, whereas Quakenet has more FPS players. Or I could be wrong. Nevertheless, not a big deal from my perspective.
