How about this puppy? The rifle barrel actually fits into the stock as well as the lugar 7.65 modded pistol. The Stock becomes a holster for both the weapons and can be assembled into a rifle. It was very often issued to German artillary crews and engineers. Sadly they had very poor survivability and most of them are gone. One today is worth several thousand dollars.

scopes are for snipers and cheaters. anyone can shoot with a scope, it takes talent to shoot with irons alone.

Haha! Glad to see someone else has my argument! I agree 100%. Another thing, you can have 5 bullets in a K98, but you jsut gotta hand load them. Just like the Sniper in MOHAA, takes forever, but that's the price you pay to use a scope.

lol, uncle sam, im starting to like you. republican, loves guns, loves ww2, and hates scopes. were damn near brothers.

now, it does take talent to shoot a scoped rifle if its not sighted in. i ended up putting 5 uber expensive rounds of .50 BMG into the dirt at 800yd because the noob b4 me said he sighted it in, but didnt. that bitch owes me 30 bucks.

rofl, a rimfire scope on a 7.92?! no way, the rings are all wrong, and you're prolly gonna cover up the action with the thing anyways. what i would do is scour the internet for an actual sniper scope used on k98s, and buy that, no matter the price.

Only if you have the correct scope rings and base, you can buy a base that attaches to the Leaf Sight. But still, i would stick with iron sights. You will become a much better shot, and you can use striper clips

nosispowerCheck out the Garand sniper, the scope is mounted off to the left hand side of the rifle so that the clip can properly eject.

Ok, that's kind of what I thought, but have never seen it, so wasn't sure.
