forgive my stfu-ignorance, but with the damage assist credits in FH2 is it not possible to combine the spotter and arty via a map grid reference...
sorry that already sounds stupid, as I don't understand how the game code works, - logically what I said makes sense, but who knows what nest of hornets EA coded this time.
yeah you are right i thought more into the direction the the spotters binocs shoot a projectile(as they do now) which now does a tiny amount of damage to targets in the area he is spotting this way a kill assist shouldnt be that hard to acquire. you could also get assits points for recon missions when spotting tanks and other tanks destroy them (first use the spot on minimap feature to make them light up the fire to gain the kill assist)
Sounds good :). But a very little amount of damage then, binocs shouldn't be illimited sniper rifles.

Other mods have this, IIRC. POE2 had it in an early release, not sure if it is in there now.

You didn't get me : I meaned that if the binocs would cause some damage to allow the spotter share assist points with the shooter, it should be the littlest damage possible, to avoid seeing people killing people at range with the binocs.

I might be mistaken but the kill assist only gets triggered when you deal 50% or more damage.
