Would it be possible to add ladders to FH or FH2? The idea would be to pick up ladders from somewhere and carry it (1 or 2 men) near a building, where it would be erected and used. It would also be cool if you could make a bridge between two buildings with these. Of course this would make sniping and tank destroying much easier, but it would also make the advancing more realistic, because the tanks would't dare to go into the town. Infantry would have to take one house at a time, using nades to clear the roof and then possibly leaving their own soldier to the roof etc. It would be nice if the roof would't have any covers, so that it could be cleared with an single nade. But the roof (which would be the floor to those who are on top of the house) should also be made in such way, that splash damage would kill whoever is on the roof, so a tank could help the infantry from a distance (of course the upper windows should be left open in every building).

It could be, that you would enter it by pressing E and moving it. But I don't know is it possible to add ladders to "vehicles". Hmm atleast ships and PT boats have em. I haven't seen any army ladders though? EDIT: But it could be pretty hard to use them, as a BF ladders, you would fall to death if they aren't in perfect position.

The Sengoku mod has ladders which are carried by soldiers like weapons when you "fire" you place them and they can be climbed.

BF2's expansion will have grapling hooks. I am sure FH devs could code something similar and without the expansion
