Yeah, but each weapons has its own advantages and disadvantages, so you can't really speak of a "better" gun.
true but you have to see that the older the gun the more likey it is it jam, backfire or not work all together. there is still the posabilty it will do the same to the newer guns but i would rather have a MP40 or SGT44 in my hands then a old Lancester.
the lanchester started production in 1940, so it would be as old as any mp40.
then forget everything i just said and slap me....
And the original MP-18 didnt jam very offen (atleast, not what I have heard)
