I think this should be implemented only when sitting in JEEPs, on tanks, etc...
would require 100% redone animations, a totally new rig, redone weightings and a complex new 1p mesh. ain't going to happen.
Safe-Keeper [Puts on Ring of Sarcasm] And historical accuracy is just so unrealistic.
I'm sorry you didn't understand me. Or if you did, you're being an idiot. Realism for games is a bit different then what you are refering to. games like rainbow six, ghost recon, res orchestra. Are tactical fps games with ultra realism features like being able to see your body, true first person, leaning, diving, sliding, complete iron sights, cleaning your weapon, bleeding, etc. etc. etc. FH definitly is shooting to be more realistic than BF2, but I don't think it needs to go this far, since it really has alot to do already in recreating the time period, which is what I meant by historical accuracy. If you are still confused, post why.

what about say seeing your hands control the joystick in planes(it was in FH1 :D) I know animations are a b*tch but maybe for a 2nd or 3rd release:naughty:
They are a part of the plane :P
zuiquan1, our hands in the FH1 cockpits are not really animated meshes :smokin:
Actually, you can see ghost arms controlling planes in FH1. Just look at the IL-2 in cockpit view, cut off arms on a joystick just below ur aiming thing!
Sure it may look ultra realistic but for the effort involved is it really worth it??, perhaps if the devs have nothing else better to do ( I don't think so ) they could tinker with the animations but I'd be happy with what ever they decide to go with.
