Let me just say I am pleased as punch with 0.6...and with the fact that the Pershing will be added. That's awesome. BUT there are two tanks that saw service through the entire war (US in Europe) and are noticeably absent from FH.
M4A1(76) (or any 76mm armed M4...but the cast hull A1 looks sweet).
This is an M4A1(76) next to an M4A3 with the 75mm gun.
3,426 of these tanks were produced (from Jan '44 on), and they were in theater from D-Day on...they were well represented in Europe, and should be included in FH. Expecially considering the recent "developments" in German FH armor. The biggest difference between a 76mm and 75mm Sherman (appearance wise) is a different turret. A M4 (76W) is NOT a Firefly.
M4A3E2 Jumbo
While only 250+ were produced, they were in the lead element of EVERY US offensive from June '44 on (there's a picture of one in the Battle of Foy splash screen...I think it's that one). The armor is heavier than a Pershing with up to 114-140mm@34-90° on the hull and the turret 114-140mm@34-90° (mantlet was 178mm). Most Jumbo's were 75mm armed, but towards the end of the war they were upgraded to 76mm.
mmmm...tanks...
Unsubstantiated rumours exist that the entire Sherman line will be redone. It would be very cool of they did that.
Im hoping to see a Jumbo and a Easy Eight.
I take what n0e says way too seriously

Hell yea! Can't wait, tired of pounding a Tigers front armor hopelessly two dozen times constantly dodging shells.
Felt like bumping this. :D
yeah, this would be sweet, we need a whole range of nicely skined, superb modeled Sherman variants. DiCE's is just ugly, and its a bit of a mix between all the variants (is dices even a type of sherman?) so it would be great to have different ones in various theatres.
one thing FH is realy missing in most maps, especialy Western Europe/African theatre is the M3 Grant. wouldnt mind that too.
only asking this because I know that with enough time and patiece the FH team would do a superb job ;) ....as always
Man, I'd LOVE to see some 76 gunned Shermans. They're especially needed on maps like Battle of the Bulge where the German armor, infantry, and positioning advantages are pretty well staggering. Allies are SO spread out on that map that the Germans end up just rolling right over them taking flag after flag, until they lock them into the "main" base at the back and just kill the allies as they spawn.
