You should get LTC's if you capture the House spawn point. That'd give it some use. EDIT: The house could be a German Communications Post directing Artillery fire, which should also stop.

oh hell, the DDs at omaha never made it to shore. the only tanks used as dds were the M4A3 Sherman and the Cromwell.

USMA2010You mean DD tanks? Those would be sweet on gold, but not on omaha seeing as none made it ashore. I just finished reading Ambrose's "D-Day" for the 3rd time. The driver of a DD tank on sword said that when the tank dropped its waterproffing and rubber skirt, the germans stopped shooting, stood up, and dropped jaws. Everyone thought that the DD tank was some sort of secret weapon.

ROFL!!! A LCVP could NEVER carry a tank to shore!!! Do you mean LCTs? Those are the ones on Iwo jima, adding two of those would help tons...

heh....do you know what LCVP stands for? Landing craft vehicle / personnel. In few cases this would include Tanks, even if LCT may stand for Landing craft tank or whatever. And also, as far as I know on 'Gold Beach - 1944' there are enough tanks for the British as soon as they cap the field flag.
