Sounds like a good idea, it'll give a new tactical and defensive dimension to some maps. Problem is, is it possible to code without an SDK?

i'd think so. simply make the flail another wheel, and give the tank an armor value of infinite or something. tanks already take different damage, depending on which tank it is. a tiger may survive several mines, but a PzII or a tankette can't possibly stand more than one mine?

0352-E-2.jpg Don't forget the tanks with the flails in back. They can still fire while clearing mines. This is the Sherman "Crab." Used on D-Day.

naa I don't think its worth it as those things look like hell to model. The exceptioon being unless it was intagrall to a map design. For example, the mine clearing tank must be used to clear a path along already existing.

Otherwise, minefield arn't used very much, and have a path through them already. THere near, but given the intracty of actually making a something that has only limted use in the game, it doesn;t seem worth it. (save for the case I mentioned earlier)
