Airbrake down: [ATTACH]66398[/ATTACH] Airbrake up: [ATTACH]66399[/ATTACH] So it's a metal plate, that turns to the airflow and brakes it. Such thing was set on many dive bombers (like Ju 87, Ju 88, D3A1Val)

No. There is a braking effect and a sound, but not a visual model.

What we need is an automatic and "scares you shitless" dive horn. The brake animation isnt necessary because you wont see it happen anyways.

The pilot will not see it, but from ground or from another plane it is looking very realistic

It should be put in. Fuck, I always used the Schimmwagon's little propeller even though I didn't have to.

since the airbrakes are mapped to the "sprint" keys or afterburner i dont think you can trigger any animation by that. but i have no idea if it is possible or not

There are flaps, moving down on sprint key on spitfire and hurricane. So I think that it is possible to add that airbrake animation.

Agreed. It was good the way it was in FH42, much better than pressing a separate button for the sound.
