also what version of the p-4 are you looking as?
p-4a=423 pin and a 400 fsb=stay away from this one p-4b=478 pin and a 533 fsb=second choice p-4c=478 pin and a 800 fsb=the one you should be buying
make sure the mobo matches the cpu you buy
dont settle for less than ddr 2700 ram,and 3200 is a better match read this for prescott supported mobo's avail now
should help to keep your upgrade path a little more future proof
