You might very well think that

Right, we all know the current plan for FH2 is to add Britain and Germany in North Africa. Working on this assumption, which nations should be added next, and in what order? Here's my take on things:
North Africa (following Brits and Germans)
ANZACs (easiest to do, new Voice Commands, new hats, same equip) Ethnic diversity in British troops (Gurkhas, Indian troops - possibility to add the Vickers-Berthier) Italians (next logical step in chain as they were next biggest force in Africa, and all their equipment is of a high modelling standard already) USA (next logical force to add, as Vichy French are a bit dodgy in some circles and didn't have a massive impact compared to the USA - also prepares for European theatre)
Now then, that's North Africa. The next logical theatre to model would be Italy/Western Europe, as nearly all the nations required would have equipment modelled, and only playermodels and reskins would be needed. The only new things would be:
Canada (had a hefty impact in Italy as well as pwning Caen - easy to model, too) Free France (surprising amount of work, depending on which stage you model them at - eg in some cases they used nearly all Brit equipment, but earlier on they had mostly French leftovers - talk to the guy who is campaigning for these chaps) France (for early war maps, if you've modelled the Free French and you have German early Africa equipment, a couple more weapons and some reskins and you're done)
Now we get to the tricky stuff. The next logical theatre is...
USSR (it ain't the Russian Front without the Russians. LOTS of work needed, only stuff that is already done is lend lease) Finland (keep the Finns happy with some reskinned Stugs, a few planes and some infantry equipment) Poland (lots of equipment already modelled, some nice renders and skins already done, but still quite a bit of work) Hungary (they used a fair few Panzers, but apart from that it's all new. Maybe modelled at a later date for time reasons) Romania (see above)
Italy could also be modified slightly to fight in this theatre. Note that I am only writing each nation down once, it is assumed their new equipment and reskins will be done for each theatre - this is purely based on when nations enter the mod)
The Far East
Japan (can't fight out here without an enemy. Lots of stuff to do here, though) China (see the China threads for info on their stuff, could use a lot of German and US equipment)
Britain and the USA would be modified to fight in Malaysia and Burma etc.
Holland? (defending their colonies, I suppose)
No one else new for out here.
So, who have I left out? And is this a good plan?
PS: Note that I may sound flippant about the amount of work it takes to model and put stuff in game - I'm not, I appreciate how much work you chaps do for us for no pay at all. I'm just speaking from a very very long term point of view.

I'm not worried about modeling or anything - the FH team so far has produced grand works that are worthy of BF2. However, what I'm most worried about is voice commands. In BF2, there are three sets of voice commands for each side - one for grunts, one for squad leaders, one for commanders. In BF1942, there was only one set of commands for each side, and even then, the set of commands was smaller than each of BF2's sets. What this means that, even if DICE allows FH team to use BF42 voice commands in BF2, most of them wouldn't fit in the new sets, which means FH team will have to find 3 decent voice actors for each side they implement, starting with the Germans and British, and make voice commands from scratch. (They might be able to use the BF2 US commands for FH2, but what about Britain, Germany, Japan, Russia, etc, for which they have no voice commands yet?) I fear this might be a big problem, unless FH team already has a solution up their sleeves..... Then again, with VOIP, I don't think voice commands will be that big of a deal. If it turns into too much work finding good voice actors, they might just drop the whole voice command idea, which might not be that bad.

Sounds nice, maximum effect with new FH2 releases with minimum effort. While I'm not saying you left anyone out, there's at least 1 clan that loves to play as Soviet, so there they may get irritated and annoyed, they may not.
But overall, good plan.
Always 1 point ahead of you

To me it really dosn´t matter that much, howmany nations FH has. And to be honest I don´t care to much about which nation I play, as long as the equipment is right.
I don´t mind FH adding more and more "smaller" armys as long as the main focus always remains on the major players.
High Priority: USSR Germany UK USA Japan
Medium: Italy France Poland Canada (China)
Low: Australia and the rest of the world
You forgot one theater: The Middle East: Iraq: Rose up and fought the British for two months. Two major battles at Habbaniya and one Iraqi counterattack at Fallujah. Great Britian: Already in. Iraqforce: Mainly tranjordanians but the Indians 10yh Infantry Division was also included. Nazi-Germany: Already in. Vichy France: Fought the Brits in Lebanon and Syria. Free French: I think they fought the Vichites in Syria.
Very low priority: Iraq Thailand Belgium Mexican airdivision Sorry, couldn't resist. ^^
meh I got nothin...

Iraq would be a piece of cake though, no real reskinning to do, just use the MEC models and radio commands.

Hmmm... I suppose the "chap" who's campaigning for the Free French is me? ;) In any case, I shall campaign for them further here: You forgot about the Free French in North Africa. They also fought in Tunisia, but more importantly they were significant in the battles for Egypt (pre-Operation Torch), especially in their famous battle at Bir Hakeim. Further, the Free French DID fight against the Vichyites in Syria. And another theator of war that was forgotten: Central Africa. In the not famous and not very important battles of Central Africa, the Free French fought (alone, not with the British here, I think) against the Vichyites in 1941 for control of Gabon. In late 1941, the Free French took Gabon, which completed their control of all of French Equatorial Africa. Oh yeah, and there was a very famous regiment of Free French pilots who fought under the Russians in the Eastern Front. Their amazing work was used for propaganda purposes by the Russians and resulted in a German general declaring that all French pilots captured would be shot. At the end of the war, Stalin was grateful enough to donate the regiment's 40 Yak-3 planes to France: the only supplies the USSR ever gave to a Western Ally during the war.
Great! I would love to see any Central African map. Such diffirent theater.
sgtsuckyshot Iraq would be a piece of cake though, no real reskinning to do, just use the MEC models and radio commands.
Yes indeed. If they would need anything else that's a Lewis (portable) gun, a WWI era armoured car and some reskinned vehicles. They also used Italian light tanks. If the devs will ad the Gloster Gladiator Mk.II (which I'm sure they will ;)) then that can have an Iraqi skin and we're done. And they only need two maps. Besides, with the Arab voiecommands already in BF2 we could include IraqForce. A Tranjordanian military force including the 10th Indian Infantry Division put together by the British. They battle the Iraqis at Habbaniya and the after Iraq they had a couple of battle is Syria against the Vichites.
