I was just playing FH the other day and i had a great target for an airstrike but i found that the aircraft around just did not know what i was talking about for a target and when they did realise what area i was talking about they couldn't see any enemys there because they were so high up. I have a proposal.....To make a pick up kit containing a SMG, Bino's and Smoke Grenades. Just imagine...your playing a game and their is the usaul 2 - 3 aircraft flying around just killing 1 or 2 people every 5 mins. Your attacking a very strong enemy flag and you despreatley need aircraft support.....u jump up and pop a smoke nade (which then automatically calls on aircraft support) onto the enemy MG or strong point u get some massive bitch bomber to drop its load all over the target from a high altitude ACCURATELY!!!! see....with ff on bombing is a very hard thing to do.........the higher the altitude the farther it travells etc. but with a bright pink smoke nade going off it's not going to be hard to see. It could also give tanks a target to lob shells at from long range it support of infantry attacks. not to mention long range MG stuff....... this is just a basic idea i had in my mind to improve teamplay and just add a cool feature that will make the mod a little more appealing............. maybe we could even make the bombs being dropped "attracted" but not heatseaking to the target so that the effects will be more lifelike. smoke nades are easily made........even EoD could make napalm using smoke sprites............ And admit.........you could do that thing Winters did in BoB with the pink smoke...........c'mon..........you no u want to.... as i said before this is just a basic idea to build on...... also could we please add sum damn ambience and arty explosions on charlie sector's beaches cause its as quiet as graveyard out there (ironic isn't it? :p)

Umm, Charlie Sector is very lound an has alot of ambience sounds. Either your refering to the old Omaha-1944 or you have your sound-details on low...

i think that if the bombers, especially the large ones, could answer artillery spotting things would be easier. that way they know exactly where you want the bomb placed, they know when they've lined up correctly, and when they've done that they should go to nosecam, which is a vertical crosshair, looking down, calibrated at some certain altitude. that way they will be a lot more effective even when not dive bombing, and be a lot more usefull for teams.

also support smoke markers.

Could be useful as a makeshift, I'd agree here as well.

officers use smoke, not flares, to call in support.

this is a great idea, and i hope to see it in .66 when it comes out next year.

Smoke is a good idea, it could also be used to set rally points for para drops (just use a different color then the bombing attack smoke and add a different voice command to when it is used)

Yeah, but i would like the tanks to be able to fire defensive smoke screens (white) as well.

the biggest bug about smoke screens the way i see it is that the screen is only visible if you are having the canister in your field of view. that means - if you look away for a few seconds, and then look back you'll have two seconds of smoke free heaven.

therefor for covering screens to be effective they need to throw out several canisters to minimalize that bug. i don't think anything can be done about it.

yeah even if it doesn't change team play dramatically it will look insane :)

I agree Bombers defenitly need a bombing or nose cam so that they can bomb accuratley maybe with even a little marker on it saying were u should drop them depending on how high u are for instance:

so u judge what height your at then use the marker on that height for instance....im at ruffly 230 feet so ill use the one just above the 200 marker etc. u guys understand what im talkin bout?

Just dive when bombing you can plink your ordnance down a tank hatch every time. With the obvious exception of strategic bombers.
