Yesterday I had a nice round on Crete with a VoIP using squad, I enjoyed it very much. One thing though seemed not right - how to point out enemy position in a firefight? Not everyone has a good understanding of English language and trying to point a specific building or area when bullets crack near your head isn't a simple task.

So there is my my humble request for some kind of HUD orientation device (I dare not to say "compass from PR"... oops) that would at least point main directions (N,S,W,E) becouse trying to distinguish them only with a static minimap compass is a real pain if you are in a hurry.

I think that this lil'o'improvement will improve teamplay and stop the all surrounding chaos.

Thank you.

It would make playing with Europeans easier.

Of course, another suggestion would be banning all other languages accept English when playing fh2.

There is a compass... it's around the mini-map. I use it all the time....

I think squad members should be allowed to spot for their squad and only squad leaders can spot for the team

Yes, but the "you know which other mod I'm talking about" compass is more accurate for emergency situations, Kuba made a good point.

use binocs to spot ;) but yeah i find that PR style "compass" VERY useful when making out targets. not saying to make exactly the same thing, but we dont have to reinvent the wheel.

in FH2 the enemy is everywhere and you can't expect to locate en enemy that another player has seen. if you say "North" and your team mate is north of the enemy, the information becomes fubar, as the enemy is south of him then ....

in fh2, you need to watch your back and make sure you deal with the enemies in your sight first.

In close quaters using binocs is a bit illogical. And yeah, I just wanted to avoid FH - PR war.

You don't need to tell me how to play the game, I can manage myself, thank you very much. Really, from what I have seen since I'm on this forum you will always "defend" FH even if it was tetris and someone suggested to add another shape. Sorry for being rude but that kind of "all is perfect just you do it wrong" posture annoys and gets the worst out of me.

Anyway, mostly as a squad we keep quite close formation and saying "the enemy squad is in the norhtern buiding" is a great improvement even if one person is in the other side of the map. But I think that the word "improvement" doesn't appear in your book.

Personally I would like a dev to say something bout this.
