I normally try to argue with people in a sensible way, but: What sort of posting is this? and some other things i cant think of right now - look, pal, if you want to be treated as and talked to as an adult, please behave in an adult way.

American battleships are on the Dev's to-do-list AFAIK, so they will come sooner or later.

Unless you're talking bout the "Sherman Jumbo", there's no need to put in the M4A3 anyway, I think.

Welded hulls instead of cast, new gasoline motor, wet ammunition stowage, many other generally small improvements and modifications that were based on field use of the first models, nothing really all that significant. He may be refering to the 76mm gun that was put on M4a1, M4a2, and M4a3 models at discression and availibility.

It would be nice to see the 76mm gun on a few shermans, probably not that hard to do that either. 76mm gave the Sherman a lot of anti-tank punch.

The M4A3E2 was the Jumbo. It would be awesome to see it but it was pretty rare. The M4A3E3 was the Easy Eight, which would be essentially the same thing.

Why in the world do people critizie me on the way i speak/type? Plus the M4A3 had 2.33 more inches of armor than the standard Sherman. It had 4.33. Plus the 76.3 mm gun was a gun that had the possiblity of destroying enemy Tigers.

Pssst...the Easy eight was the M4A3E8

Sherman 76mm's used a different turret, the T23 which was designed with the extended back to act as a counter weight and thicker armor to help reinforce the turret to handle the stress of the 76mm gun's recoil. The Sherman Jumbo is based on a T23 but to do a stock 76mm Sherman will require a new turret model.

Neighbor KidWhy in the world do people critizie me on the way i speak/type?

Cause I got kind off pissed off at the "and some other things i cant think of right now" statement, which I didn't find any funny by the time I read it.

It looked to me like you were trying to make a fool of the people here. Apparently, that wasn't your intention... hm, sorry, then.

But like I said, if you put up your ideas in a more sensible way, then people will rather want to discuss them. Or put a smiley behind'em. Then ppl will know you're kidding. :)

Plus the M4A3 had 2.33 more inches of armor than the standard Sherman. It had 4.33. Plus the 76.3 mm gun was a gun that had the possiblity of destroying enemy Tigers.

Always those inches - that's such an unwieldy measure. How about giving a tank's armor strength in light years or quarters of miles? ;)
