This is not another rant. Ok, I am supposing that Pavlov's house will either somehow make it into FH2, or that it could be fixed in .7 <--which i doubt. Anyways, I hear this mentioned on the server all the time, but I've never seen a forum post about this(except my rant). I was Actually having a WONDERFUL game on Pavlov's house yesterday, really close in the beginning with the Russians holding the flag and everyone having a great time, then about halfway through the game, an Axis guy parked one of the PzIIIs inside his own spawn(where he's impossible to kill) and started pouring shells into a window, hitting the wall right next to the stairs out of the basement, the ONLY stairs, racked up like 80+ kills, and we lost cause none of us could get out, meanwhile the second PzIII was raping our back spawn. My suggestion was to remove one of the tanks, just ONE, not all of them, dont spawn all russians with bazookas, no, just get rid of ONE PzIII and the map will be great. I would also encourage removal of the german engineer class because I get pretty tired of suicide satchel charges, you know where they run into the house and try to throw satchels everywhere before they die so they kill everyone, you know. So anyways, I'm just campaigning to remove a single PzIII from pavlovs house in ALL subsequent FH versions.

While this is hard, you can kill a Panzer III frontally by shooting at the commander's cupola on top of the tank. I've had the same kind of problems with a PzIII firing from the german spawn before, and I was able to eventually kill him this way (I won't say it is easy tho, it takes a lot of patience).

As I recall, the tanks spawn on opposite sides of the house, right? How about having them both spawn in the south? I agree that having the tanks, while a nice challenge, is a pain for the Russians, who have a hard enough time anyway if the flag is gone...

Or how about make it so the spawn times of the two tanks are staggered, this way the axis team normally only has one tank at a time (unless it is a really good tanker), but it still gives you the feeling of being surrounded. I think that's the reason the devs put a tank at the north and south spawns, is to give that feeling of being surrounded.
