When I first downloaded this mod, I played the map Atlantic with the British. I don't remember what I spawned as, but I had the Enfield No. 2 Mk. I pistol. At first thought it was the Enfield's big brother, the Webley Mk. VI, so I go and kill a bloke with it and find out it's the Enfield.
Here is the No. 2 Mk. I - http://www.badb.co.uk/acatalog/EnfieldNo2MkI&hsmall.jpg
Here is the Webley (which actually belongs to me) - http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v219/DerMann/webley9.jpg
Now onto my suggestion.
Even though the Mk.VI was rendered obsolete in 1932, many British soldiers still carried them into battle. It was officially replaced by the later version of the Webley Mk.IV, which was a scaled down version of the Mk.VI (.455 down to .38 calibre). In 1938 the production of this firearm was given to the Royal Small Arms Factory in Enfield, and was renamed the No.2 Mk.I. Later in the war, the No.2 Mk.I's were converted to the No.2 Mk.I* configuration.
My suggestion is to replace the wimpy Enfield No.2 Mk.I with the Webley Mk.VI. You would have to increase the recoil and shooting patterns, though. Or if you don't want to go all the way to the Mk.VI, just give Webley the credit and go with the Mk.IV, pretty much all one would have to do is replace the grip texture.

is it that neccecery to add a new revolver for the Brits? That makes me wonder, didnt any Brits used semi-automatic pistols?
Paras used Browning Hi-Powers.
only the paras?
MeadowParas used Browning Hi-Powers.
And The M1911A1, Commandos used the M1911A1 aswell.
para troopers should hav pistols
the Royal Navy adapted the colt1911 as there main sidearm before WW1 so the Royal Navy should have the colt45 not the no2 revolver
I'm going to have to disagree with you on that. The Royal Navy used the Webley Mk.I Automatic Pistol.
The only person you'd see carrying the .38 Mk.IV was probably someone who was just drafted (i.e a "noob"), because the .455 revolvers took too much training for the average soldier.
Sorry for the double post, but I read your reply rather quickly and missed the last part.
so the Royal Navy should have the colt45 not the no2 revolver
The No.2 Mk.I was first conceived in the late 1920's, and was put into service in the late 1930's. So no there is no way they would've used the No.2. Just reinforcing, they used the Webley Mk.I Automatic .455.
I've heard they used both, as well as the Browning Hi-Power and the Colt.
It was pretty much whatever you could get your hands on. A .455 revolver would be a nice addition for the Brits because that No.2 is pretty crappy. A .50 cal slug on the other hand, wouldn't require 3 shots to kill a guy.
