We did indeed try the 'BGF' system with tanks, but we found that this system causes an unacceptable amount of lag when driving, so we decided not to change it.

Well its good to hear you tested it at least. Too bad it was not lag free method. Its not really a big deal but I sometimes feel rather quilty when I can escape with full speed when I see danger approaching (like infantry carrying a sacthel is almost next to me, ready to toss that bag of death on me and I reverse at full speed and nail him). Thanks for informing us.

im not 100% sure but besides the failed test with a BFG like tank acceleration i think there were some changes to tank movement.
