PTRD 14mm AT rifle?

024.jpg

Ive modeled it, and it will be included after .62 to replace the bazooka.

or maybe you mean the PTRS, which is a later AT rifle, but it does pretty much the same thing as the PTRD, so its pretty low priority.

Replacing the Russian Bazooka finally? Awesome!

Will this be in ALL maps, or only ones of a certain date? Were the Russians given any handheld weapons like Bazookas at all? Or only tanks in Lend-Lease?

Eh you mean the PTRD-41? Cause you see the PTRS(-41) also came in 1941. And there's a pretty big difference wich doesn't make it low priority; the PTRD-41 was single shot while PTRS-41 was semi-automatic. Now I don't know wich was most common, guessing the PTRD, but because these won't be near as effective as bazookas the PTRS would imo have been a better choice to start with. Good news anyway, so tired of the bazookas that ruins the eastern front "atmosphere"

PTRD was far more common, and was one of the better AT rifles in the war. And yes, the PTRS is semi auto, but aside from that its pretty much the same thing, thus making it pretty low priority on my list. If someone else wants to do it, thats fine.

Russians will also get handy dandy PRG-43s for tank killing-ness. Kit loadouts have yet to be decided.

At rifles will also likely be as stationary weapons, like machine guns, as well as infantry hand weapons.

I wouldn't say far more common http://www.battlefield.ru/library/bookshelf/weapons/weapons3.html 184 000 PTRD, 64 000 PTRS in 1942. As you see the PTRS had also a higher rof and longer effective range. PTRD would be good for early maps 1941-1943 and then PTRS for 1944-1945.
