Ensign Riles: Ad-aware is unbale to quarantine or delete files that are in use. Boot up in safe mode, and go to task manager. Exit all the processes that isnt nessecary, and run ad-aware again.

Ad-Aware removes most of the high risk ones by marking them automatically.

By the way certian viruses and spyware re - infect youre system by hiding in youre C:/Windows/Prefetch folder or youre C:/Windows/Temp folder, Empty those folders then run ad-aware again and select all items that it finds, And use the delete option instead of just quarantine, Ad-aware will auto quarantine all the files before it deletes them.

I have tried emptying the temp folder, then running ad aware, it doesn't help. One always manages to get away some how. I have given up all hope for my desktop so I will just use this laptop which is more powerful anyways, except for the wireless internet.
