On a few of the AT guns its realy hard to get a good view of the battlefield. I was wondering if it would be possible to have something added to the guns where you are at the gunners position but have the ability of standing up for looking over the shield to get a quick view around you. Yeah it would expose you to fire but it would make up for the inability of looking around or leaning into the viewport to see a broader view of the battlefield. Something like the stugs cupuola but not with the 360 deg view, say,, 180 degrees, would be perfect but unlike the stug you have your head sticking up for all the world to see. Looking through the sights is for actual shooting but looking through a keyhole all the time is not realy accurate either. Twould be a nice touch.

Yeah, i think that could work. It could be like the duck-in-cpoula action with tanks, but the other way around. Unless you want to be pressing ctrl all the time.

It's more fun to pretend like you don't have damage indicators and little yellow crosshairs and do it like McGibs. (That might not have sounded right...) But it would be a nice touch anyway.

Will the guns also disapear from the maps like you say the tanks will after you enter it then step out?? If so then this wouldnt be anything but extra trouble but if they still show up on the map then it would be a much appreciated addition. Thanks

^^^ yah, that. its stupid to get out of MG positions or vehicles in FH1 because they show up on the mini map. this is a feature of FH that i have long despised, its unrealistic and pointless, i pray that it is removed in FH2.

Meh, everyone already knows where all the AT guns are, I dont think the icon on the minimap gives too much away. I think the lack of an icon, showing that someone is in the gun, is more dangerous. But on the same note, I hope it is possible to have empty enemy vehicles/weapons not show up on the minimap. So you just have to rely on what you can see, not some unrealistic empty vehicle icon that tells you when guns are empty/occcupied or that there is a tanker behind a bush who jumped out to repair his tank.
