A british AA gun that saw decent amount of use, very similair to the Oerlikon 20mm (a clone basically). It could be mounted on the back of a truck, orcould also be used for airborned verision, etc. or mounted in other various places http://www.olive-drab.com/idphoto/id_photos_f15_polsten.php3 http://bcoy1cpb.pacdat.net/20_mm_aa_guns.htm http://www.stormpages.com/garyjkennedy/Weapons/lightantiaircraft/light_anti_aircraft_weapons.htm here's a quad mount of them, there was also single mounts and other setups. For example it was the gun in the skink AA tank. Quad_Polsten_CWM.jpg

Polsten was 20mmx110mm Hispano right? I dont know much about it. If it fires the Brit favorite 20mm Hispano then it wouldn't be all that hard to code. Copy a Vierling, adjust rate of fire and damage, and bam.

Good new AA.

I hear there's a Russian ZPU AA coming in .66

Most common Soviet AA would be 4 x DP1928'S or 2 X 14.5mm HMG's in the back of a ZiS truck.

Zis-42 was also used http://pstmodel.com/pages/37mmSPG.htm

Skink would be cool to see in game. http://www.tracks-n-troops.com/Giesbers/JG018.jpg

The only thing wrong with the 40mm bofors is that it needs to be mounted on a towable frame instead of sitting on the ground. http://www.wwiitechpubs.info/barrack/inf-svenska/aa-sve-40mm-bofors/aa-sve-40mm-bofors-br.html

Crusader III AA tank would be very cool too.

The first attached pic is a CrusaderIII AA Mk1, 1 x 40mm bofors in a open topped turret.

The second attached pic is the standard production version Crusader III AA Mk3. 2 X 20mm cannons in a enclosed turret. The Crusader AA Mk.2 and Mk.3 were very similar but Mk3 moved radio equipment into turret by commander.

The Crusader AA tanks were used til end of war but when the Crusader chassis wore out Cromwell chassis were used withe the same turret.

Last attached pic is a Crusader gun tractor for towing atrillery and A/T guns.

I have seen pics of a 4 x 20mm Crusader turret similar to the Skink but my data says it was never used.
