I honestly did Search, and flip through as many pages as I could stand, but i could find no mention of this. I can't be the only one who wants this.

IMO we REALLY need transparent minimap flags. When using the minimap fully zoomed out (as I usually do) the flags always block icons for friendly units. This can be horrible when trying to use Arty, or trying to see who just yelled "Enemy armor spotted!"

The large map reduces this problem a fair bit, but you don't always have time to check it before firing, and if you're trying to track down a player who just yelled something, well, it's too late.

I agree 100%. Often time when the flag has been set neutral you will go to capture it and there will be an infantry man sitting prone at the base of the flag. Sometimes tags will help this but it all depends on the server. I dont see why you wouldnt be able to do this since you can change the flag color/country etc. entirely itself.

This is one of the best suggestions I have heard. Tk's are too easy to get when capping a flag due to an inability to see player icons.

I'll get on it. Should only take a few minuets to lower the opacity.

*l* Maybe I just have better timing ManiK.

I think I saw this in another mod at some point, don't remember which, but it was one of the simplest, but nicest features I'd seen.
