the reason as i can see, on this one, is that the rear wheel or something, on the Ju52 is on a terrain angle, that pulls the plane towards the water, like a car in downards hill

What happened to the MG34 that used to be in the back of the Ju-52? Even though it is worthless I kinda miss it.

I don't know how simple a solution it would be, it seem like everything slides around it a bit for no apparent reason when manned in the BF2 engine. The angle of the aircraft while it is on the ground may be part of the issue.

Do you even get a team kill score if in a JU? Found this piece of code in the files:

ignoreTKsFromVehicles = ['ju52'....]

Does that actually work or was it a failed attempt at fixing it? (I have ever flown the JU in game with passengers so I never seen scores first hand.

You're right, I didn't notice that before. A pilot killing x number of people on the airfield doesn't get a minus score. Still, it is very annoying, if not for the pilot, then at least for the people who got killed.

Therefore I suggest a collision change. Is it possible to ignore collision on the German Airfield? Or between JU's and German soldiers?

I think you expect too much from this engine.

And even if it's possible, yay, we'll get magic german soldiers flying through Ju52s. And no more travelling inside the Ju52.

Hehe, yes, I like to dream of impossible stuff ;)

But seriously: I know there are downsides to the collision suggestion, but how would you improve the airfield massacre at Crete then? If the JU52s are not on a slope anymore (or are in any other way made to stand still instead of rolling backwards), there still is the massive TKing to be solved.
