Kev4000;4816350Actually, I have only slightly experimented with vehicle physics, haven't come up with anything yet. All major physics changes are usually done by CTZ, he knows the system in and out.

Sometimes slight tweaks bring along a big difference and I'm just paying respect to who deserves it. Our God-coder ctz stands unopposed. :bows: :D

Just found out that the destroyed 88s do blow up, but unlike tanks, with no damage to nearby infantry... If there IS any possibility to have the wrecks simply dissapear, that would be most appreciated... Also, I take back what I said on tank damage... Its fine. Range works, so tank battles over long distances take a while already, no need to double any tank's HP Another thing, if it is possible to add the sizzling sound effect found in destoyed AT guns (That Shhhh sound effect) to tanks, that would really add something - But that's a minute detail....

mydjinny;4810233 For future additions, please put emphasis on 1st and 3rd person animation... I fear, FH2 is slowly begining to overly reuse its animations - Even when they don't quite fit, and the quality seems to be dropping

Unless someone else wants to spend a lot of time making them, you'll have to live with the 3p anims mostly as they are. I've only done a handful and frankly they are not worth the big chunks of my free time for the result. Many more 3p anims are required per weapon then the 1p for them to look right.

As far as "dropping quality" and "reusing animations" go ... don't know what to tell you. Flippy covered it pretty well, thanks.

In my opinion FH2 has the best animations out there in the modding community for BF2. PR's animations are nice but Killi is the king :p And about third person animations, I think it's already a miracle we have them ingame. Just look at the animation for the 2 pounder or the 88, they look great. Keep up the good work Killi. Oh and get rid of your social life, we need you here. :D @Glamrock, if I remember correctly they said in the newsupdate where they announced he joined the devs that he was a commercial animator, so it's his job. So in theory he could be animating.

Thanks Fuchs, although I didn't work on the 88 or 2 pounder, heh. Doh. It's not my social life getting in the way of modding though. It's work. I am animating on "Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs" at present. Will be done soon though.

So yes, Glamrock... animating counts ;)
