The prototype flew in '44. Thought it could have an open/shut rear hatch for Alpenfestung or some other late war, fictional map... Kewl, no?

first they need to make alpenfestung wider, even the arado cant make a wide turn in there. i doubt that you could put vehicles in another vechile moving at high speeds with out it looking really, really, weird. but other than that, it looks pretty cool

As much as I like this aircraft and think it would be a cool addition, I cant say I support this idea.

THEprototype flew in September of 1944 and first deliveries didnt occur til late in 1945 so even if the Germans had extended war by 6 months it would still be unlikely this aircraft would have been present.

There is many, maaany other things I would want before this...

If they did it- sure its neat enough- but there is much better choices in the niche of 'battlefield 46' aircraft and even in the transport aircraft niche.
