on bf2 if u pressed Q u got tht list of character voice command thingys..i just woundered if it was gonna be still in fh2 cos the idea of a group of russians rushing out from under a train shouting "UURRRAAAGGHHH" sounds very apealing ;) :bows:

god i hope not, i cant stand the radio spam in bf2 or other mods. thus i never play them...

wouldnt be so bad if there was a mute function, but of coarse anything that makes sense gets left out...

i second that motion make it feel more of a battle as they charge could also have them shout "For the Motherland!" :naughty: and spam happens no matter what only got people to blame for that.

ye but on bf2 a limit could be placed on how many a person could say at a time ;) could be done again ;)

also like in 1942 but not sure if this works on bf2 it only appeared if u were near by the person as it was a shout, not radio. I am just thinking out loud

well thts an idea, for those who played day of defeat, when they used the character voice thingy it would echo around the map depending on how close u were to the person shouting it would determain how loud it was

i dont ever want to hear recorded messages, text only plz i prefer to hear the battle, footsteps,gunshots, etc.. not stupid spammed messages.

they didnt run around screaming over the radio non-stop, and i would have an off button to turn off a radio.

there is no mute function in the audio controls. you can only turn off ALL sound..or have to hear every radio message from every player even across the map.

also in WW2 the troops didnt all have radio headsets...

there is no proximity feature with radio messages, you hear people across the map, no matter where they are.

this is ww2 there is no UAV, and there is no communications like in BF2

bf42's setup was far superior, it had proximity function and it came with a console command to turn off the audio part of messages. BF2 doesnt have any of this...thus the non-stop spam
