We will have sticky explosives in fh2 to end with the tanks? I think that sticky explosives would be fundamental for the game like antitank explosives of call of duty

I doubt we will see a weapon of that kind. To avoid that you will misunderstand me or be mad at me i will let somebody else say why.

-edit- okay, maybe it ain't too bad :p

We might actually see them in FH2, though they have not been modeled yet, they have been mentioned in the private forums.

British stickybombs were not very popular with the troops though, they had the nasty tendency to stick to everything, including your hand or sleeve...

Before putting any effort into sticky bombs, I'd prefer satchels were handled a bit more realistically. I.e. stay on when they're supposed to stay on, and fall of when they should.

Sticky bombs.. I dont see why not, magnetic mines? HELL YES. Along with AT riflegrenades, maybe satchels can be done away with all together, i hate those things with a passion.

Oh hell no...

Magical sappers running around silently spreading pixidust charges all over tanks without making any sound at all. Sounds wonderful, doesn't it?

It happens in WWII Online, and everybody who drives a vehicle hates it.

We have infantry anti-armor weapons like the PIAT and Panzerfaust coming, that is bloody good enough.

NO!

Both were not used in Africa though.

I also thing there is a need for Molotov Cocktails.

I think that sticky explosives would be fundamental for the game like antitank explosives of call of duty
Let me give you a good bit of advice, COD 2 = Arcade game. Most weapons in the game arent really realistic implanted. Sticky explosives being one of them. So its rather stupid to base idea's on game's like COD where you wipe the entire German army out all by yourself or SPR where the Germans are being portrayed as a bunch of incompetent idiots that couldnt even fire their own rifle. For that matter most of them seemed to be armed with MP40's in SPR. Also a good sign that a movie is unrealistic.

You mean realistic as in toning them down? Yes, Fuzzy, thats a great idea. Infact, i like your idea. :) In real life it was be rather difficult to destroy a tank with satchels or for that matter any other HE based infantry weapon. Thats is why army's started to develop HEAT based weapons. Actually, i got a idea aswell. Lets add Zimmerit. However,i do believe satchels should be primarely intended for demolition purposes. Not for AT purposes.
]Both were not used in Africa though.

Great idea, however are we going to make realistic too? As in the way that they are pretty lethal to the one using them? As alot of accidents happened in WW2 with Molotov's where the bottle got hit and the person in question became a living torch.

This is one of the things dislike about FH. AT weapons can be used without any risk whatsoever. While alot of AT weapons where in real life pretty dangerous to their users.
