you should be able to play doom3 on your system as your cpu is fine as is your ram your geforce is a 128mb version so even that should handle it probably not on high details etc tho

ouch cpu good. with a nvidia geforce 4 non ti i wouldnt even bother carmack himself says geforce 3 or better. and incase ya didnt know a geforce 4mx card is not better. lacks the hardware needed to run the new doom engine. if ya look around ya should be able to buy a geforce 3 ti200 for $58-$89. but still only be able to play at 640x480 want more than that need a ati 9700pro or 9800pro to get max visuals. even so it still won't be running at 1280x1024 or higher

Hey,

Just to let you know you can get a Geforce Fx 5200 Ultra that will run Doom III just fine.

At retail it will cost you just a little over $200 but if you shop around online you should be able to get a better price.

By the way if you look at benchmarks do not pay to much attention to them as most people who run them have well overclocked systems.

I'am a beta for a living and I have played the alpha leak and had no trouble running it.

That's all fine and good.....except for the fact that the Geforce Fx 5200 Ultra SUCKS ASS! I say go with a GF4 ti 128, nice bang for your buck. LOL, I run a Geforce 2 MX 64......
