Keep them out - if you have a child or even a friend or girlfriend/boyfriend - VERY USEFUL !!! lmao

Log in as an administrator. Go to your command prompt. Type "net user username /time:M-F,8am-5pm" without the quotes (and with the correct user name instead of "username," of course) to allow a user to logon only between 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

After 5 p.m. the user will not be able to logon. Another example is "net user username /time:M,3pm-5pm;W,4pm-7pm" again, without the quotes.
