Admiral Donutz;3672066That depends, in general yes. Pounding a flag/spawn location isn't bad at all, especially of the map is designed well and the spawns are spread around enough. So a CP under heavy fire shouldn't making sending reinforcements there impossible (rather, actually taking the flag [back] should be impossible due to constant pounding of the capture area).

But base raping (barage pwning the mainbase / spawns) would be unacceptle in my opinion. Blasting away on what normally represents a far far away base camp far away from enemy range is evil. Certainly when it's the last position left. I then again have no problem with shooting anything that has gotten some time to "move" (which meant that they weren't 100% doomed but could have had a small chanche of escaping the area and such).

i have to agree your point, i hope main bases are not attackable by howitzers... there needs some work of mapper.

but nebel rocket artillery is far too powerful, there should be a artillery that is a bit "lighter" .

Well just imagine if it was a true nebel battery, now that's power. In the end, artillery was the main killer of the war, it accounts for about 60-70% of all the casulties in both WW1, and WW2. So I would like to see artillery in FH actually have this power.

The game has a natural ballance with all the artillery:

It will most often be manned by a total flipping idiot.
