Ok has anybody noticed recently how unwilling players are to attack as infantry? if they are not in a tank they just chill in their uncap. Ok I dont blame them that much desert maps dont have all that much cover but its still a little tedious to have huge ticket bleeds and no one attacking. not really a complaint since I guess thats how they are meant to play just wondering what your thoughts are...

In most cases, advancing as single infantry across desert plains is suicide. However, the last few times I've played I've seen individuals grab trucks or transporters and roar off, leaving half-a-dozen troopers standing there....

Seriously dumb. In those rare cases where a truck driver will actually wait for a few guys to get on board, they insist on driving right into the enemy position, with the usual result that the whole crew gets taken out by a single round. Ideally, attacks should be coordinated with infantry and armor; a situation you seldom see on the public servers.

yeh its annoying from either side, as the attackers you cant go anywhere and as the 'defenders' your just lying prone with the binocs out scoping everything all round and thinking your lucky if you see the most brief glimpse of a tank =(

Normandy will probably be more, "infantry friendly". (Except for Omaha of course...)

Normally in FH nobody lasts long sitting on an MG.

Charlie Sector is my favorite infantry map of all time ;). But it sucks now cause the servers that remain active have all modded it for vehicles, effectively RUINING the map. Honestly server owners, how could you mod FH, Fh is damn near perfect, and of all things to mod...WHY Omaha Charlie Sector, it was easily one of the best maps of all time. THERE WAS NO LVT's or Amphibious tanks at Omaha Charlie Sector...Im sorry...but NO. Please remove all mods, thanks :)

Well in real live the American soldiers didn't have to run that far to get to the shingle. So with the buffalo's it evens out, besides it is a breath of fresh air not to have to walk all the way.

There were no Water Buffalos on Omaha Beach. Only about a dozen was used for purpose of testing during the campaign. They barely saw the beach.
