I think the Piat,Panzerschreck and Bazooka got a little strange way to fly... You can shoot them very very high and they need a year to come down if you shot them high.. And if you target a tank like in the orginal BF1942 the rocket goes to ground after 20 meters... This is unlogical and it sucks a bit.... To that i dont like how big the cross gets on the antitank weapons. You anytime have to walk with another weapon and choose the antitank weapon only if you near enough a tank..

thats the whole idea :p AT weapons like the bazooka & panzershrek took 2 men to use. the massive cross hairs simulates that. the best way to use an AT weapon is to hide in a building or bush near a flag and wait in ambush for an enemy tank to come. then all ya have to do is bust a rocket into the side :smokin:

Shreck is the longest-ranged and best AT weapon. Just crouch, aim, and click. The shield is kind of a turnoff when you're prone but I assume that's being fixed in the next version. Panzershreck has a very flat trajectory.

The rest just require practice.

Yes but why does the Piat could hit a high flying plane but it cant fly 10 feets horizontal ?! If you shot it with about 70degrees it flys about 10 feet horizontal and then it stops in the air and goes slow down.... Thats really unlogical

-.-" sorry if you didn't understand what i meant... I can't speak good english. I meant the angle or how its called. There are 360degrees (circle). And when you shoot it at (ok 70 are too high) 45 degrees it flys some meters horizontal and then it stops in the air and falls slowly down with that dumb sound....

Well, the engine doesn't model real world physics, unfortunately. I guess you could figure that the object flies along, powered by the spring that launches the rocket, and then loses momentum and its trajectory changes due to gravity. That it doesn't fall at the actual rate of real gravity may not be something that can be fixed.

If you want normal anti-tank weapons you should probably just play Vanilla. That wasn't meant to be rude. Sorry if it was. Have you ever hit a high flying plane with a Piat. If you have then I admire you. I guess it means what your definition of high is. I'm talking about like at the flight ceiling.

lol of course i didn't hit a plane with a piat. But it could be possible if a bomber flys slow and not to high. And the piat comes like a mortar. If you shot him to high you hear his sound very long and see the piat rocket flying slow down like it has a parachute on it.... That should be changed....

And what is Vanilla ?!
