yes this blurryness is quite annoying at times, might be somewhat realistic, but when playing on large maps with lots of tanks and frags going off, it can become almost constant, and with this blurryness its very hard to kill people, expecially when playing on low graphic settings

Agree - sometimes it´s to much - and it´s not realitic that it is permanet there. How should a man be able to shoot a tank with this blurryness in hard combat? People in War had such feelings sometimes - but during a fight some were extemly concentrated - a special phase - where they are maybe somwhere else - but clear in war - knowing what to do...

'[SYN Ace']I like the blurriness that disorients you when an explosion goes off or a big gun fires near you. I play BF2 way too much and yes, it happens, but all the time -- come on. What are you doing--camping right next to a tank or arty piece?

Gotta agree......Never really bothers me....Well I mean it bothers me...But so doesn't getting shot. Anyway we can take out getting shot as well? :rolleyes: Ohhh ohhh why we are talking about it. I am not sure but didn't the German stick grenades without the add on shrapnel sleeve mostly just stun there victims? Where the US grenades just made them dead over a wider radius? That would be a sweet addition to FH2. Larger kill radius for US nades and a smaller one for the Germans but with like 10 to 15 seconds of slow moving blurry ringing crap. Thats right! I WANT MORE BLURRY CRAP! Some of you might just have to upgrade them XT's and 286's.:lol:

It is realistic, but it can also be anoyuin. I know from experience that when you play FH you tend not to use nades too much. and when theyre used, the people nearby are usually killed. That just leaves the many tanks, and their guns going off all the time. being near the tank guns should not have more than a ringing in the noise, and only leave a blurieness if your near the shell explosion. it would also be interesting if the higher powered guns like the .50 cal or maybe the portable MGs left a little bet of ringing also, just not too much. ;) :D

Donitz's "SuperMod Green" print color gives me all the blurriness I can handle. :D And speaking (again) of that funky green font, Herr GrossAdmiral, does it not hinder the purpose of Die Kriegsmarine FH that communications are so, er, camouflaged that they are often illegible?

The font looks perfectly okay on my screen, i have zero issues with its readability... But who know's, perhaps i will change it to navy blue? offtopic? You bet ;) *runs to VIIC/42 and submerges*

Offtopic......You must have Silent Hunter III.....Love that game! If not for BF2 I would have seen the whole war through by now.
