I would like to ask for the opinion of the FH Pros. whats the best beginers tank in FH for both the allies and axis....best beginers tank in which the learn the basics of tank combat.... For me, I would say the best beginer allied tank is the churchill.. plenty of armor, so you can afford to make a tactical blunder or two and a very reasoanble gun, nuff to deal with any axis tank..panzer IV and lower.... For the axis, I would say its the Tiger....again, plenty of armor on the side to help let you take a shot or two incase of those tactical blunders....., and a very powerful gun that can knock out any allied vehicles.... what do the pro's thin?

strange answers! i still can't play stug or tiger after a 6months with FH!

i would go with any of the panthers for the axis and M10/jackson for the allies. all have a good punch, panthers to learn long range sniping and the 2 allied tanks will die when hit once usually, encouraging you to shoot first and get better faster.

Tiger is far from a beginners tank, those sights are considerably more difficult to get to grips with than say a IVH. Allies, I'd have to say Cromwell is probably my considered beginners tank.

Now, if you're talking tanks to hone yourself in at a more upper level, that's something different. There you want to penalise yourself in order to improve abilities, so the lighter the better, maybe even turretless to make it more challenging.

PivH for germans, T34-76 for russians, Sherman for US, Cromwell fro Brits.

All of them have pretty good frontal armour, an average gun, and average agility/speed, so when you master these, you should do ok with light and heavies, too. They will reward you for facing the front to the enemy, while in turn they punish you getting flanked. Plus nobody cares about them, unlike a Tiger your team won't miss them as much, you don't take away your teams main combatpower in most cases.

Best beginners tank? surely not the tiger in multiplayer, you cant afford to mess up and noob around with it!

Best brit tank.. cromwell or the cruisader, sherman for the US, t34 for the ruskies.. and i'd imagine the panzer3/4 for the germans.

There is no real "easy" tank..

i think for the german a stug3 jagdpanther or hetzer, the german use much tanks witout a turet so you must lurn to drive with them, then you can start with a panzer or tiger..

for alieds i think a sherman or a cronwell wil be good..

Come on people - you are talking BEGINNER's tanks here - i.e. mess up a couple of times and still live. For me it is Kingtiger for the Axis and Churchill for the Allies.
