It is just a thought, but should a plane not be easier to handle if the bombs are dropped. It has got less weight to carry, then.

I do not know if this can be done with the BF engine, but if then it is neccessary.

The Stuka handles so crappy that you can hardly divebomb precisely and landing it seems impossible on Kursk.

It's impossible in the BF engine. It has been brought up before.

They seem to have addressed it in BF:V. ;)

Planes get more manouverable every second in flight as they burn up fuel and spend ammunition. A P47D-27 empty is 14,000Lbs and fully loaded is 20,000lbs. Thats a difference of not far off 3 tons with ammo and fuel. Bombs however would help your dive and in some cases zoom climb for planes that are heavy anyway as they can retain there kenetic energy;). They really impeed roll though if the bombs are on the wing mounts. Fuel distribuion was also a problem for some planes like the P51 which had a large fuel tank which casue the plane to be heavy in the rear.

um, we were not talking about wether or not it would help, but if it was possible to model. And move, they already said that it would take SDK to do it
